What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you need and anything you tell us in the form or on WhatsApp.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, arrange and carry out your clean, and take payment. If you tick the box on our form, we'll also send you the occasional offer and rebooking reminder. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for 6 years after your last booking, because the law requires us to keep financial records. If you opt in to marketing, we keep your contact details for that until you opt out. Quote requests that don't turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months.
