Regular cleaning questions
How long does a regular clean take?
Most homes book 2 to 4 hours. Tell us the size of your home and what you want doing, and we'll suggest the right length.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers leave a key with their concierge or somewhere safe and tell us where, or give us a door code.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Yes. We bring our own products and equipment, unless you'd rather we used yours.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice are charged the full price of the clean.
